Eligibility & Responsibility:
You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll a phone number. If you change or deactivate your number, you agree to promptly notify us so we can stop messaging the previous number.

Data We Collect via SMS/MMS:
We collect your phone number, message content, opt-in/opt-out status, delivery and engagement data, device/country/carrier info, and related metadata to operate, troubleshoot, and improve the Texting Program.

Carriers/Delivery:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by your carrier’s network or device compatibility.

Autodialer Disclosure:
By opting in, you consent to receive marketing texts that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technologies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your Mobile Choices:
You can manage preferences by replying with recognized commands (e.g., STOP/HELP) and by contacting us. You can also block numbers at your device level.


How We Use Your Information

Disclosures: to service providers and contractors (including messaging providers) and as otherwise described above. We do not knowingly sell/share personal information of consumers under 16.

We may request information to verify your identity and authority (for authorized agents).


Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children, and you may not use our services if you are under 13. You must be old enough to consent to processing of your personal data in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
