SHIPPING
Customers who place domestic orders with a total value exceeding $1000 are eligible for complimentary shipping, with the exception of destinations in Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. It is important to note that any additional fees associated with overweight or special handling requirements will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS:
Return requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery by emailing WHOLESALE@LASHBOXLA.COM. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Return labels are not provided unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival within 3 business days of reciveing the product.
All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Returns will not be authorized for products that are damaged, missing packaging, used, or worn. Any unauthorized returns sent to us will not be processed, and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. If return shipping fees are not paid within three (3) business days, the items will be discarded, and LBLA Beauty will not be held liable.
Please allow 3–14 business days for us to process your return. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued within 14 business days, minus any applicable fees. Shipping charges may apply to exchanges
