SHIPPING
Customers who place domestic orders with a total value exceeding $1000 are eligible for complimentary shipping, with the exception of destinations in Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. It is important to note that any additional fees associated with overweight or special handling requirements will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS:
If you desire to request a return of a product, kindly note that this must be done within three business days of receiving the item. In order to initiate a return, we request that you send a formal email to WHOLESALE@LASHBOXLA.COM.
Please be advised that LBLA Beauty retains the right to decline returns if the item is not in a resalable condition. Furthermore, if the product is not defective or damaged, a return label will not be provided. It is essential that the items are in their original condition and packaging prior to being sent back to us.
Damaged, missing packaging, used, or worn items will not be authorized for return. If an unauthorized return is submitted to us, we will not process it, and the buyer will be held responsible for shipping costs. If the return shipping fee is not paid within three business days, the products will be discarded, and LBLA Beauty will not be held liable. Please note that returns will take between 3-14 business days to be processed, and shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
